Business Analyst – EXL Neo Inc.

EXL Neo Inc. seeks a Business Analyst in Lewisville, TX.

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements; identify business problems and opportunities; design and document business workflows and process improvements; develop BRDs, FRS, use cases, and system documentation; conduct JAD sessions; collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and project managers; support Agile/SCRUM activities; perform data analysis using SQL, PL/SQL, DB2, and Oracle; develop UML diagrams and process models; and utilize Rally, JIRA, ClearQuest, and ClearCase. Frequency of Travel: Travel and relocation will be required as necessary for future project  assignments, business needs and/or customer requirements. This does not indicate that any specific worksite has already been identified.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 3 years of progressive exp in the offered position or a related occupation.

Must have experience with SQL and PL/SQL; DB2 and Oracle; Rally, JIRA, ClearQuest, and ClearCase; UML diagrams and process models; Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall; BRDs; and JAD sessions.
